wish i could have an instructor like this lady carol mailer **video**

I watched the ones on your horse at the weekend and thought she was lovely. Loved the way she called everyone 'dear' and kept saying 'take a breather'. Made lots of sense too.

Yeah agre she is fabby with all her positive comments but very good with her comments - wish she was nearer to me!!!!!
Dont think I have heard of her before although did see the clips on the your horse website couple weeks ago. What has she done? does she teach a lot or do clinics etc

she has written a book and it was her who designed the Bridging Rein......

She is pretty close to here.

She is the showjumping columnist in one of the horsey mags and I read her responses and thought how good she was, also she has since done a lesson for the mag and that was also really good. If she was down here I would deffo give her a go.

Carol's great. It was her that got my awkward mare into a stable and a trailer for the first time. She used to be just a mile away but not sure if still local to me anymore (Huntingdon area).

carol mailer's new book is out. There are lots of great pics & realistic diagrams - very easy to understand. Saw it on BHS web site but bought from Amazon...
Good for both novice riders (like me)/horses and for more advanced as well. It makes me WANT to become a better rider, so I can school the novice horse later when I actually become a better rider (hope I will...) - I should be still reading this book!
It's fantastic and I'm enjoying reading again and again, well, I went through only looking at pics for the first time, then started reading from the second time! I'm a great fan of CM! I saw all her video instructions on the other mag's web site, of course

Your Horse Live web site says she's doing a demo this year, but no details about it were up there yet. Not sure about clinic though.
Btw, the book's title is Better Jumping. Carol Mailer & her coloured horse Jolson on the cover
