You may remember me posting about our mare who is coming back from KS surgery (well, over a year ago now but anyway...).

Tomorrow I'm hacking her out. She's been good as gold for my OH who has taken her out, good as gold in the school, apart from one tantrum over cantering shes been fab. So, fingers crossed please AAARGH!

Shall be wearing my hat and my body protector. Going with my OH who is riding his big boy too. xxx

I survived!! Apart from one moment when she tried to stand on a bank that collapsed and she nearly fell, she was absolutely fab.

Thanks guys really pleased with her. She's still super unfit so I rode on the buckle no contact and we walked with about 4 mins of trot but she was fab. We were out for a good hour and a half. Clever girl.

How did it go m'duck?

I find that if I ride every day, then I'm fine - a bit achey, but not so bad. Only ride a couple of times a week and I'm 'Owch!'
