Just passing through...
The Dizzy saga continues...
Rode a week last Tueday (was it only that long ago!). Cantered her, albeit briefly lol and was feeling good. Had to be on client's site early next two days so could not ride (can't be on yard before six a.m.). On the Thursday D2 was lunging her and she suddenly didn't look right. Vet came Friday, said very unlikely the pelvis issue, more likely a tweak in the stable or field
. Paddock rest. We went to Cornwall for the weekend. Came back with a stonking cold
. Trotted Dizz up, but still not quite right, though better than was (she had been dragging hind feet in trot). Rang vet who said continue field rest for the week...
So, today I get to find out how the great big lumpin' great hoss is doing...

. I still have the stonking cold, which has caused more trouble than you'd believe possible, but such is life
. So long as m'hoss is feeling better!
Please, all digits and spare bits crossed and indeed plaited
that the Dizzy one is sound
. If she is, as of Monday we start the fittening regime (again!). We are now used to getting up at five o'clock (yup, a.m.) and we just want to crack on with things

Hot choccies to all, and Ferro Roches to anyone that manages to keep at least two fingers crossed for us
