Am off to the vets 2moro (have contacted insurers and they are fine-re earlia post!) to have my horse xrayed and scanned after his kick at xmas.
they think he has damaged his ligament (injury is near stifle) which could mean up to 3months off the vet said but am hoping not as we are supposed to be getting fit for eventing, not resting!!
any one have experience of ligament injuries and healing time?

eta: just re read and should prob be in vets!sorry!!
