......haven't been on my TB for almost 4 weeks due to personal commitments and then the lovely weather rudely intervening during my week off work. I don't have a school and the field is really soggy for lunging off any 'excess' so am just going to jump on tomorrow and hope for the best :D Body protector at the ready ;)

Anyone else saying their prayers and doing the same this week? :D

P.S. I still hate winter :(

Good Luck!!!! and yes after three weeks of 2ft deep snow it finally thawed this weekend, but I decided that the yard was still too slippy (or that hangover VS horse that hadnt been ridden for three weeks wasnt a good combination). The bullet will have to be bitten tomorrow as its forcast for more snow on Thursday :)

YES!! I'm in Yorkshire too. Almost braved it today but decided road was still too slippy/risky, so tomorrow is the day I'm hoping!!! Am soooo looking forward to it - not sure how the boy will behave given the antics he's been performing in the field this week though (if only he could produce that sort of elevation in a dressage test....).

To make matters worse I really need to clip Baz - but may hold off on that until I've ridden him a couple of times - always seems to sharpen him up - and God knows he doesn't need that at the minute! He's had no real hard feed for over a week and is grumpy and full of himself to say the least!

The nosw is gone here now so i took the ginger arab for a 'plod' round the block. Well, Bolton had a match at home (the ground is 2 mins away) and so everyone was parking on the side streets. Plus he was daft, so much energy he did't know what to do with himself. Was a fun ride :D

Good luck, get the BP on, sure you will be fine! I had to sing 'aaaand walllllk' all the way around but it soothed me as well as him lol
