Please wish me and millie luck for wednesday.
Havnt said much the last few days, but basically a lady who came the other night has since been twice and absoutely adores her and has ridden twice and had an experienced friend check her over trot her up etc etc.
So i got a large deposit on her yesterday and she will be vetted weds afternoon. They know that she as a splint,sarcoid and the scar from her tooth op..and i cant see them failing her on any of those...or any other reason; but i am absolutely petrified!
i dont the reality has hit me yet at all:(
she is the loveliest lady that knows everything about her-has done flatwork, jumped and galloped her and shes competent but not overconfident, had nice quiet hadns and wasnt trying to get her into an outline all the time etc etc

Basically wants to start out riding and competing after uni again although she has been having lessons; and do some local stuff to then eventually do some low level eventing(she knows everything about her and iv said i do not want her pushed!)
she really is perfect and shes only 15miles or so away...a few miles from where i bought her-just writing this is making it seem more real:(

I so so hope that she passes for both our sakes as i really dont think i would find better owner.

i will let you know ASAP if it all goes well:)
 
thanks very much, everything just feels right you know? and its such a hgorrible decision if i could keep her and have another i would do it without a seconds thought!
i think when she goes i will be really really upset but deep down i know its best and this lady just seems genuinly nice..brought her an apple the other day:p and would spoil her rotten.:)

then yes it will be Horse hunting so if anyone could keep their eyes and ears open it would be great-i will eventually put a post up to say roughly what im looking for so if anyone knows of anything that would be great!:)
 
Thanks, im really trying not to get excited, as you never know....they wnt fail her on a slpint or a sarocid or the fact shes had a tooth abcess?? i mean they didnt the first 2 when i bought her?
 
well shes had it since i have had her (3 yrs) not changed tbh-our vets have seen it and said really they wd b happy to leave it unless cosmetically we want it gone, its at the top, inside of her back leg so not very visable either, never caused her problems and you kinda forget about it if you know what i mean! Its a little pink but i would say not angry! i would say the sacroid was made of 2 small lumps about the size of 20pence peice and smooth
