Our planning permission application went in yesterday for our proposed livery yard (new barn for 30 stables, new barn for tack room, clients lounge, etc, etc and a 60 x 40 arena).

Fingers crossed we SHOULD hear back within 8 weeks, and lets hope its a yes!
I'm very nervous and excited at the same time. I've been planning this since i was 12.

We've had our fair share of planning decisions, with the most recent being declined, then going to appeal, and now we're going our own way around things!!
