While tacking up Ellie yesterday we noticed her near front leg was trembling. No swelling or heat, nothing in her feet so presumed she was stood funny and carried on. Set off on ride, Ellie as forward going as ever, ears pricked and thoroughly enjoying herself. Three quarters of the way round her rider dismounted. She said Ellie just didn't feel right but she wasn't lame as far as we could see.

Today there is still no lameness, no heat, no swelling in her leg or foot but the tremor is still occasionally there.

Has anyone come accross this?

Was planning on going out for a ride tomorrow but don't know if I should now.

Funnily enough, this was an element of MoM's lameness which stems from her shoulder. When she was standing 4 square there was no swelling apparent anywhere on her leg but both it and across her chest were trembling, it stopped after about 3 days

Maybe Ellie has bumped her shoulder and tweaked a nerve?
