Mine don't react to the TV at all, when we first had Dax and she was absolutely mute (except when we were out of the house
) I used to play her wolf howls in the hope she might join in and I could praise her and start the basis of a speak command, she didn't give a fig.
Subsequently I am unable to shut her up, I was woken with a woo this morning.
