Hello, i’m soon going to schedule an appointment to get my horses wobbly wolf tooth removed. (i believe it’s a bit sensitive for her and i don’t want it causing more issues in the future) However if anyone has experience or seems to know, how much roughly does the removal cost and i assume both of them will need to be out?

I recently had a wolf tooth removed from my grey (just the one as the second hasn't erupted) and it took about 10 seconds to take out and added about £50 to the bill. I can check that if you want more than just my dodgy memory to go on! ;)

The cost will be that of a visit, the sedation and the vets time for the removal which shouldn't take too long. Not much more than getting the vet to rasp teeth when they are sedated. They will take them both out if they are there.

Thank you! Do you know if i should call the vet or the seperate dentist?

When my boy at age 7 had a routine dental - the dentist noticed his 1 teeny weeny wolf tooth, had her pliers in hand and took it out right infront of me, as quick as a flash, as i was saying “im not fussed about their removal, he’s not bitted”.
It was so small though - smaller than a coriander seed, with hardly any root. Really under-developed.
I doubt many come out without sedation, as they are normally a lot larger than his.
