Improving ta, now I've stopped the Codeine!
Got some good aches going on, but can still walk and wiggle m'toes, so is fine ta
Looking forward to November.... I have it that it will be three months and they will let me back on. Trying not to think of them deciding it's not going right and wanting to operate.... 
. Admittedly it should be 'healed' quicker, but long term no-one knows what the cement stuff will do and it may well need doing again in years to come. Don't fancy that
