Inky is a yearling miniature horse. I have noticed recently that Inky 's front legs have started to deviate outwards from below the knee ever so slightly. My farrier has been for trimming today and afterwards they have straightened up a little. I am now worried that he is going to grow up with wonky legs!!! Is it common for youngsters legs to do this and will they eventually straighten themselves out? I would have thought if it was a bone defect he would have been born like this??? Am i worrying for nothing???

as your farrier trims, the bones will re align to cope witht he change in his balance, get feet trimmed every 4 weeks and it is possible to change conformation.. well up until the growth plates fuse
