Woohoo! (first self indulgent post in ages!)

Got down to the yard tonight and I was ummming and arring about whether to ride or not. Got there and YO asked if I wanted to hack out (have told her horse is a pain in the bum, so I've not been out for months). She said she'd take her well behaved horse and give us a lead

So we went out and apart from a bit of naughtiness at the gate on the way out, he was good as gold! Such a good boy

It made a lot of difference that there is hardly any traffic where I am now, compared to last yard. It was rush hour and we only saw about 10 cars in 1/2 hour

I'm soo pleased - I might actually be able to ride out over the summer after all

Well, he was rearing and spinning to come home. The traffic was so busy where we were before that it was really scary - today he was quite happy and we were both much more relaxed

Hopefully we'll be able to get out a bit over the summer as I like hacking - it gets boring in the school all the time.
