Sorry I'm old fashioned........

Looking for a Navy wool day rug, if they embroider all the better!
Last one I got was a Shires one but they don't seem to make them anymore :(

Any sensible priced options? I do love an Equiport but........................... :)

Thanks in advance!

I was really lucky and managed to get one 2nd hand that was still in its bag. It has yellow binding but have a friend who is going to change the binding for me. Worth keeping an eye out on ebay etc as they do come up occasionally 2nd hand :)

Thanks had seen these by the power of google, mostly looking for recomendations

I have one which I have a great emotional attachement to as it was one of the first rugs I ever bought for shows. It is a shires, black with white/silver binding and is nearly 30 years old. Still looks like new though I hardly ever use it as prefer the more modern fabrics.

I have a lovely green melton cloth day rug complete with matching surcingle that I never use, I should get it out of the trunk and sell it really. It has a leather strap with brass buckle at the front. Its almost new in condition but I have had it for a long time it was made by Keith Luxford Saddlers.

I had a traditional pure wool travel/day rug, and matching exercise sheet - that have only been used as for winter shows, at a car boot recently, and nobody even gave them a second glance :(
