Pointless post really. I'm just still so pumped!
I went out with a girl from the yard today and we had such a blast :D
We galloped so fast across the field, I don't think I've ever gone so fast in my life! The other horse I was with was amazing :O he should be a race horse!

It's a great feeling. Currently having withdrawal symptoms as we usually have a really good blast at least a few times a week, sometimes more but the ground is all so wet that we're just about managing short distances of a canter. So I'm very jealous!

I am green with envy! At one of our old yards there was a perfect place for a good gallop, and even on his own my usually lazy horse would bring tears to my eyes with the speed, but since moving haven't got anywhere suitable :( (stopping is an issue so need lots of space!! :p )

The ground was perfect today! It's been either too wet or too hard for a gallop for month and months D:
Sooo glad I finally got a blast and I think Ned was too! We've been stuck in walk for ages, as I've been either walking with mum, hacking alone or bomb proofing.
I like riding out/getting lessons from this girl, it's always super exciting :D
Last time she did a jumping lesson, we jumped through the middle of 2 barrels on a wall (show jumping wall, not brick!) which were only wide enough for the horse. Ned looooved it!

We went out a few days ago with the YO on an ex racer, and we had an absolute ball !! This racer was so considerate, and let the boy canter beside him at the same speed, and the went off ahead at canter while we galloped and whooped bringing up the rear :D

There is just nothing like a fab blast - shy and I love them ( he says not too often tho please, doesn't want to ruin his laid - back image ;))
