Wording a sale receipt

Hi, I have just sold a horse and included in the advert all his foibles and have also told the new owner what he is like. How do I word a sales receipt to effectively say "sold as seen" - is this acceptable when selling a horse (sorry this is the first time I have been in this position - and hopefully the last!). Thanks

I put a basic description, ie Fred, bay gelding, 12 years 16hands, sold as seen and tried, £???? received in full payment.

Dont forget to date, sign and print and have a copy for each of you to keep. Also list any tack/rugs being sold as well if any.

If sold as seen, should you have that on a separate line and get the new owner to sign this too?
