Wording for a receipt for selling horse....

hi,

I am unable to log into my normal username due to the email it is set up under is not in use now (fsmail.net), so have had to set up a new one to ask this question.

My warmblood gelding is now sold is we are dropping him off tomorrow but would like some advice on what to write on a receipt.

Please help

Write your contact details at the top.
£XX received in cash as full payment for (name of horse) from (name of purchaser), (quick description/microchip/passport number - whatever identifies him. Passport (or whatever paper work) handed over at time of sale. I wish you many happy years together.

Received £xxxx cash for bay gelding known as xxxx. Sold as seen tried and approved.
