Yet again the RSPCA totally failing to protect animals, but its alright, at least they weren't living in a flat

The owners should be shot, and the RSPCA should be all over the bloody tabloids in their full "glory" so people can see what they are really like

Thank goodness they are now with the decent rescue people now. Poor dogs.

It is disgraceful and while I'm no fan of the RSPCA, I don't know what the alternative is. A government run body that doesn't rely on donations but may not necessarily have the animals interest at heart? The same people who came up with the Dangerous Dogs Act maybe? We all know how well that works and they are about to overreact again after the little boy was killed recently

I have to say our local inspector is very good and has visited and reported back to all 3 of my complaints since I've lived here and has acted although maybe not as harshly as I would have liked!
