Do you think the horse will appear in court?

and how would they know if it was 4 times or not, unless the horse can talk - I mean come on if it were your horse would you let the man do the same thing on 4 seperate occasions
 
I wish I hadn't wondered that out loud. My daughter is now on my flipping network googling it and coming up with some horrendous stuff. God knows what my husband is going to think when he checks the logs. Worse, we've been having a lot of problems and the ISP and carrier are monitoring it too!
 
Urgh, I am eating my lunch and I just spat a mouthful of sandwhich out onto my desk and made my PA jump a mile.

One of my friends used to run a racing/training yard with her ex and some of the stories I have heard from her make this sound fairly tame.

Mind you, he will have fun in prison, no doubt.
 
Well, he's been charged with "having sex with a living animal". I wonder if the sentencing rate is different if they were dead.

But maybe he actually was helping the horse! My non-horsey field owner caught me with my horses do dar in my hand too and despite my protestations, he's never quite looked at me the same since :D:D

I have pictures of my horses do-dar on my computer at home - had to send them to Dr Knottenbelt as he had Sarcoids on his sheath and every time the camera came out, so did his thing!! Show off ;)

God know's what people thought of me when I was taking the photos!!

On a serious note, I do hope the courts take this seriously and he actually gets a prison sentance - more than likely will be a slap on the wrist and he will be able to contunue abusing animals :(

I think the bit that gave it away was his trousers round his ankles and his do darh was in his own hand... :D
