Bill the bearded border mix (I know that’s a more US term but it suits our bearded borders as they aren’t a straight cross but have more border collie despite looking quite beardie). He is already a force to be reckoned with and he’s still just a youngster.
He has a lot of authority doesn't he, I really like him. My young dog has that too but it has taken a long time to get her to listen to me so never going to have that sort of control, not that I am capable of training her properly anyway. We just find a way of working together but we haven't got the sort of terrain or acreage you are dealing with. He would be a fabulous agility dog too.
