Working Equitation

Any one on here do Working Equitation?

Had a clinic on Saturday and my mare was fabby dabby!!!
So i will be taking her out to a comp next year loved it so much!!!!

Any others???

Not tried it but would absolutely love to do it as it's fantastic to watch! Unfortunately there don't seem to be any comps/training in the south as I looked lasted year on the WE UK website.

That said, I've had dressage training with someone from the Portuguese WE team but it's the obstacles you need for practicing

I know some people who do a lot of Trec with their two Andalusians, and are very interested in Working Equitation too (downsouth - it wasn't Bruno you had a lesson with was it??)
I'd love to try it but it's just such an "unknown" sport in this country as far as I can find out.

yes, someone else suggested to try TREC but the nearest events are still a couple of hours away (guess I'm lazy about driving that far

I watched the WE European Championships at Hartpury last year and that had me hooked!

My brother does it but he lives in France where it's much more of a sport. He does it on an ex-bullfighter and a luso.

I find it very exciting and highly skilled

Sussex Lusitanos organize loads of WE events and training. Something I've always fancied trying.
