What saddle do you use, which WH saddles offer the most support whilst jumping, most cofortable etc????
Would just like peoples opinions on which they find are the best saddles for WH

Don't do working huntetr classes, but do have a very nice Jeffries working hunter saddle, it gives my mares shoulder room to move and I use it for everything, including last summer an 81/2 hour fastish ride, we were both comfortable with it.

I had a Barnsby pony club saddle for my TBXtrotter Ted, this was great for whp as it was fairly straight cut but a good open knee roll.
I also have an albion selecta and i competed county level in that and i loved that saddle.
Good luck with the hunt.

Depends what level/how high you'll be jumping but I haven't seen a Working Hunter saddle that I would be happy to jump anything of any height in to be honest.

I think you are best with a smart GP that has decent knee roll but doesn't cover the shoulder too much.

I use a close contact jumping saddle on my WH, i didnt fancy jumping opens in my penwood worker saddle

he doesnt cover his shoulder up to much and he can still move free from his shoulder

I have the Silhouette WH with Suede seat and front panels. I find it extremely comfortable and secure and am happy to jump 3'3 in it - that is Stinky's maxmium height so far and to be honest I don't really want to go much more than that myself.
