I'm confused.
I have a dales x and some people have told me that he should be pulled at plaited and presented as a non native, others have said leave him as he's true to type and is 3/4 dales.

If there are any WH judges or anyone who competes in WH on here, can you set me straight please!

There are two types of working hunter - M&M which is for pure bred m&m ponys/horses and where they should be unplaited and untrimmed and 'normal' WH where they are plaited and trimmed

You may get away with showing in the former at local level if the schedule doesn't specify that ponies are registered.

Once you get past the whole M&M thing and above a certain height (153cm I think) then you are up with the horses and will have to go plaited

TBH its only local level and its the "very novice" class as i'm a blubbering wreck so i'm sure i'll get away with the M&M section!
