Ok, the HOW is coming along nicely, but if my horse could ask me WHY i want her to work like that when it's easier for her to pull herself along by her forelegs with her nose in the air like a giraffe...what would I tell her?
Apart from "Because your giraffe impression is ugly, darling"

Because once she develops the right muscles it will be easier to work correctly than incorrectly?
Because horses are not made to carry riders therefore we need their backs to be 'up' to carry us without doing them damage?
Because it well help her to be stronger and live longer and stay sounder?
Because it will help the two of you to communicate better and enjoy each other more due to using softer, lighter aids?
