working sheepdog puppies, where to find?

Hello,
My OH is looking for a sheepdog puppy to train, his current old sheepdog has rather slowed down recently. Ideally would like to see both parents work and be tested. Been looking and seems hard to see some decent ones. Am based in North east. Are there any nationwide sites does anyone know?
