working show horse first timer

I'm competing in my first working class at Windsor on Friday. I'm all prepared apart from the following, which I hope someone might be able to help with: firstly, how long before Will the course walk be, and secondly- do they send you in to jump in number order, or is it first to come goes into the ring?

You walk the course before your class and sometimes you just decalre and jump in that order but sometimes you jump in catalogue order never been to Windsor so dont know how they do it
