Hi I have pulled my Lateral Hamstring Tendon (the bit behind the knee) so the quack has said rest, elevation strapping up and pain killers and it should all just zip back into place could be a week or two. It is painful but I don't have a choice horse needs seen to no one but me to do what I have to do. My other half taking on dog walking duties (can not help with the horse as he is not comfortable around them ) My lad is very well behaved despite his young age, but he is out in the day and in at night. I am doing all the chores all be it slowly, I do have friends that I could call on but its winter and they are a good few miles away and got their own to do. It was on the mend so I went for a ride on Saturday just an hour hack loved it so did he and then well lets just say I don't think it did me any favours other than lift my mood. So this week been a bit more sensible but I did think am I my own worst idiot or do lot you be just as stubborn or what do you do ?
