Worm count <150epg strongyle eggs (low count)

Yes, it's a low worm count and horses can tolerate a low worm burden without problem. Bear in mind that worm burdens vary from day to day (we have been doing an on-going study here with ours, testing them every day) and strongyles are only one species - there are a number of other nasties and they won't show up on your worm count because at this time of the year they are encysted.
If the yard policy is regular worming then it is best to keep to the yard schedule.
 
Sorry... didn't explain myself very well... Yard is worming with Equest this weekend. then I'm guessing we'll be worming with pramox a bit later... I just don't want to overworm and also the timings seem all a bit messed up to me...
