Following on from my previous post about worming, can anybody recommend any good places i could get a worm count kit from?

Donkey mad I think you need to PM me about this post as I consider it defamatory. I would be very concerned to know that I had let ANY customer down.

I am just as concerned to read a comment like yours on an open forum. It is totally unsupported and undermines my excellent reputation at Westgate Labs.

I am far too polite and dedicated a person to discuss this matter on here although I have been aware of your presence on my posts for sometime.

Anybody is welcome to talk to me about worming and I will always do my best to help.
 
I apologise for over-stepping the mark.
However, as you have duly reported me to Admin and have made false accusations of me (why on earth would I want to stalk you?) I feel no need to reply to your unsavoury PM.
 
Not unsavoury at all, quite mild actually. I do not accuse you of anything except the post on here so no false accusations. I am not the kind of person to be vindictive, as I said in my pm to you I am honest, mild, and deeply hurt by this.

Thank you for your apology. I would appreciate a pm so that we can get to the root of this.

I'd just like to say that your posts have made me a little concerned. I have always used Westgate Labs in the past, and in fact recommended you to the OP.
But any company that feels the need to prevent people discussing them becomes a little 'suspect' in my mind, and therefore I have begun to worry.
Why are you so concerned about one ex-customer's opinion - do you have something to hide?
In my opinion your posts to Donkeymad on a chatty forum are verging on the unprofessional

I am sorry Gill, but your PM accused me of stalking you.
We did discuss the problem at the time.
I have no doubt you are a discerning person running a good and valuable service with thousands of very satisfied customers. Not one business can satisfy EVERY customer though.
No doubt this thread will be removed by Admin on Monday, and I will either receive a Warning, Suspension or even a Ban.


I have offered an apology and suggest you drop this before doing yourself a disservice.

I will continue to support Abbey Diagnostics in my usual 'I would recommend..' way, without the untoward comment I mistakenly made on this ONE occasion.
