Hi,
My pony is moving yards tomorrow and I'll be worming him in the morning. He's due to be collected later on in the afternoon and although he loads absolutely fine normally *touch wood* he can be quite anxious once on board so I have a calmer on standby just in case as he's often tries to hop it out of his stable at the other end due to being unsettled.
Perhaps a completely stupid question as I am out of the equine loop, he's been turned away for several months. If I worm him in the morning, will I be ok to give him a calmer in the afternoon? I thought sticking 2 syringes in his mouth in one day may not be great on his tummy? Best to check anyway!
