Just looking at a website (wormers direct) to buy a wormer for my 2 horses.

I was just going to get the Equest Pramox, but I was reading through descriptions of others. I always use Equest or Pramox.

Theres one called Eqvalan duo, and I wonder if I should use that instead (It says it covers everything),
it says that one is moxedectin with praziquantel and one is ivermectin with the praziquantel. What is that? Should I change to stop them getting immune?

You should change wormers to stop development of resistance.
moxidectin, ivermectin and praziquantel are active substances, praziquantel is the one you want for tapeworm, the other 2 are for the rest

You can do eqvalan due now then a plain equest for encrusted reform in 8 weeks time
