Worming advice

Hi all
I’m hoping someone can help as I’ve been given conflicting advice about worming my daughters horse. I have been told not to feed him for the day then worm around 4pm then leave him a couple of hours before giving him his feed. I always just wormed regardless of empty or full stomach but would love your advice.

I have been told not to feed him for the day then worm around 4pm then leave him a couple of hours before giving him his feed. I always just wormed regardless of empty or full stomach but would love your advice.

I would be interested in this as I've just wormed whatever time of day, if they've eaten or not!! Only time I would keep food away for 30mins is for the tapeworm saliva test.
