Worming help

If I need to worm using both Equest and then for tapeworm (being autumn already!) with Equitape - is there a set number of days or length of time between which these two wormers can be used? Or can I use them both in quick succession - ie 5 days or something?
I don't want to use an "all in one" at the moment.
Worming confuses me

I had to worm with 2 seperate wormers, although not equest and equitape and my vet recommended a 2 week gap. Not sure if you need to wait as long with those 2 wormers.

you can use equest one day and equitape with in 48hrs. How come you dont want to use a combi wormer?x

Thank you both - recommended not to use a combi wormer straight away as unsure worming history and don't want to be to harsh on his intestine/stomach!

Couldn't get hold of vet this weekend, someone else recommended Panucur 5 day and then wait two weeks, so I think to be safe I'll give it 2 weeks.

Panacur Equine Guard (5 day)is indeed a good one to use now

I would give the Equitape first, then Equest a few days later. As you probably know, Equest stays in the system a long time so it's better that way round.
