Worming problem?

We wormed both our dogs last night with drontal plus, then they had dinner. About two hours later one of them had thrown up - didn't see it as they were both in another room so not definitely sure which one.

How long do we need to leave it before we can worm again? Or would a wormer have been absorbed in that time?

Don't know how much that could have been absorbed, but next time, try and give it after food. For a dog with more sensitive stomach, getting the food first can help.
