Worming/vaccinations

Once a youngster has been wormed/vaccinated for the first time when would you move them onto there new yard? She was born june19

She is still very young to have been weaned. I would like to wait until a week after the second vaccination at least so that there is some immunity from it.

Or is she a yearling born 2019?
