Worming

Hi, I've been given Eqvalan Duo wormer for my three horses by the vet.
How often would you recommend worming them? (it doesn't say on the packet)
They are in individual paddocks, on their own.

this wormer is recommenend autum and spring due to it is an combi wormer so it kill normal worms plus tap worms!x
