I would use a broad spectrum wormer such as Equest Pramox or Equimax. They will cover everything! Alternatively, you could have a worm count done and then worm according to the results.

Pancur 5 day guard then follow up a few weeks later with one of the biggies. If there are a lot of encysted redworm in there a mass evacuation, from a very effective wormer, may just lead to a serious, possibly fatal, colic attack. We have always been advised to use the panacur first with new horses as it starts the process and clears them out a bit at a time. Speak to a SQP at you local supplier or try wormers uk for advice.

Agree with above poster do not give pramox or similar first off can lead to all sorts of trouble 5 day panacur first then something that will include a tapewormer.
