I use one shot of moxidectin.

There is some resistence to it though. Have you had the blood test for encysted done? it's a very easy test for a vet to do and means you might not have to worm at all.

If you can't use moxidectin a fenbendazole 10% drench will work just as well as the outrageously expensive panacur will.

I've found one they do in a paste as a single dose so was wondering if that would work.
I was going to buy Mole Valley's own brand today and they said it wasn't suitable for this time of year but the website says otherwise? Or am I being stupid? ?

It has to be repeated 5 days in a row to do encysted redworm.

One dose will do the other worms except tapeworm, but not encysted.

No, it's ivermectin. It has to be fenbendazole 5 day or moxidectin one day.

I think there's only one at the moment, Equest. There is also Equest Pramox with moxidectin, and praziquantel in it for tapeworm but I won't give both those together, there is a lot of anecdotal evidence that it's too strong.
