Had to leave my Setter at the vets today (3 Years old).
It all started on Friday when he didn't particularly want his tea .
Had seemed fine all day had a lovely run with my other setter in the afternoon seemed fine his poo was a bit loose but not terrible.
I encouraged him to eat rattled the bowl and he did finish his tea.
Saturday morning not as bouncy as usual but had a bouncy run around our hay field seemed ok but totally refused his breakfast Temperature 38.8 so high normal seemed a bit flat.
Phoned the vet who said pop him in they agreed he was a bit quiet gave him and injection (anti sick)he had been a bit sick in the car .Gave me a probiotic and said to monitor.
Ate nothing Saturday a little scrambled egg am Sunday nothing Sunday evening. Temperature between 38.2 and 38.8.
still flat but happy to sniff around the fields and trot about with me and our other dog.
Took him back this morning as no better VERY quiet when normally busy and interested in everything and totally not interested in food when normally a bit of a foodie. Whilst waiting in the surgery 4 other dogs came in and he wasn't particularly interested when he normally would wag furiously and show interest until told to leave.
I took a urine and poo sample taken first thing.Urine tested normal poo normal bloods all normal white blood cell count normal liver and kidney function normal test for addisons negative Kept him in for x rays took x rays of abdomen stomach throat (in case foreign body anywhere)
nothing found apart for stomach and intestines looked a bit inflamed nothing found.
They are now keeping him in overnight on fluids and antibiotics but at a loss to sort out what is wrong with him.
Anyone any ideas?

Really worried and puzzled

No ideas I'm afraid but it's never nice when you have to leave them at the Vets - I hope they find the cause and it's nothing too difficult to sort.
