Worried lump in horses throat!!

My tb has gone a hard lump
In his throat , bottom of his windpipe if u run your fingers down just above his chest area , he does wins suck so dodnt know if it is a result from that or has skipped and banged himself , just odd Area!! No heat and swelling and eating weekl any thoughts ? Xx

Is dark bay not a lump that would suggest sarcoid as under the skin x

Has it come up suddenly, it could be a haemotoma where hes hit himself on something. Mine managed to give herself one rubbing on a fence plank over summer.
