worry??, my dog has just eaten

A melalin wound dressing pad. Should I worry? Will it come through the other end??
I've been dressing her wounds, and adding a bit of manuka honey to the dressing to aid healing. Well, obviously it is healing as for the first time she is now interested. Sadly for me, the bandage slipped a bit and easy access to said dressing.
Teaches me a lesson, I was so sure she wouldn't touch it as she is normally so good, but the lamp shade will now be a perminant fixture regardless of me being around!

It should pass through.
Just keep an eye on intake & output for the next few days. They are not toxic and quite flimsy so hopefully won't cause a blockage. http://www.dressings.org/Dressings/melolin.html

Silly pooch
Just keep an eye on her - I've seen worse things pass through a dog, some of the cases we used to get coming into the vets!
Hopefully there won't be a problem.

Said silly pooch is now sulking and feeling very sorry for herself at her being imprisoned in her lampshade while I am here!!
Still eating and going to the loo, but no sign of dressing yet! How long does it take to pass through??
