I am going to view a horse on monday, its a 15.2hh cob & 13 years old. said to be a confidence giver. He hacks out and loves to jump. He is 100% to shoe, box, clip etc. This is perfect and matches my criteria exactly ... Only problem is that he is £4000 and even though its around the amount i want to spend it still seems a bit dear dont you think ?xx

If it's what you want to spend why is it a problem?

i totally agree with that. i'd have paid millions for my horse as he was perfect for me. i personally think if you have a budget set, you should be willing to go to the top of that budget for a horse that you click with, and that is perfect for YOU.

and... imho... being a confidence giver is worth more than rosettes....

I sold a 14.2hh 13yrold for £4000 that was a brilliant allrounder horse. Fair price IMO.
That was a couple of years ago now though, would have thought you could get them down to £3800 or something of the sort if the markets abit slow.
