she retired due to tendon injury to front leg few yrs ago, prev owners have just had her as happy hacker shows nice pot for dressage, stunnin looking, good breeding, want a nice foal to do some kinda endurance... competing,,, confo fab, health fab part from tendon

If she is a very decent sort and sound, you could get her graded into the trakehner studbook so she could produce a purebred trakehner foal (if she grades high enough). I personally would go for a warmblood - either trakehner or hanoverian. However, if you want to do endurance then warmblood won't be your best option and perhaps you could consider an anglo arab stallion or a pure arab one such as Tobago (have a look for him on the breeding forum - he is stunning)

If it's for endurance then the obvious answer is an arab, lots of lovely endurance specialist stallions about.

I'd personally choose a trakehner, still getting the blood, and they tend to be good sport horses - how about Godlington Hannibal?

My mare is the result of breeding an anglo-arab mare to a warmblood stallion (stallion was dutch wb x danish wb). I do mainly BSJA and a little BD and some unaffiliated ODEs. She is very bold and speedy to jump.
This is her (apologies for how fat she looks - this was prior to major diet!)

Hi if you want to breed an endurance horse i would try to use a stallion with some arab in it if you want to breed something else then any good sports horse type of stallion would suit her. I breed anglos and part breds and stand my part bred (who is technically anglo) at stud and he is an allrounder who will event/endurance/dressage/showjump next season. Where abouts in the country are you and I'll point you in the direction of some good endurance sires. my boy can be seen at www.yawlhillstud.co.uk The picture below is of him at westpoint equine fair yesterday and the jumping one is of him earlier in the year

Trakehners are actually being used increasingly for endurance in German. there was article on it in the Trakehner magazine a few months ago. As a breed they are known for being tough and carry a lot of TB and arab blood. And by breeding to a Trakehner you should get something very versitile, that will jump and move.
If the mare is a papered anglo arab then echo Hollycat that she would be eligible to come forward for Trakehner grading, and if breed to an approved Trakehner stallion, the foal would be pink papered and branded Trakehner.
