Yes easily, look on horsequest under eventers, then under pre novice/intro there are loads in there for your budget. Obviously a few 10k plus ones but mostly around what you have

Ideally I want one that I can do juniors/YR on hopefully, so needs to have lots of potential, and not be over 16.1 as I am still quite short
