I'm in Spain anyway - he's about 70km from me. I can get him passported pretty easily as I have a CEA (License to keep horses) but he should have one anyway - it's illegal to keep a horse over here without it being microchipped and vaccinated against equine flu', all of which is documented in their LISE (passport) in this region. I can't think they are trying to sell him without a LISE, cheap or not. But, thanks for reminding me to keep a clear head!
