I'm going to work in Devon for a month in August. I'll be working at a professional eventing yard to gain work experience for vet School.

Zoomy will be going on loan in September Would it be utterly stupid to entertain the idea of taking her down with me to Dorset if I can find some livery nearby?? I would have my car so if I could find grazing, I could see her every evening and ride on my days off.

Is this an utterly stupid idea?? I just want to spend as much time as possible before she goes

No not insane, in fact speak to the yard, they may know of a suitable field or be able to let you use one of theirs.
