Would it be possible to sell an indoor school?

People with no equine interest have moved to a property with an indoor school. To them it is a big barn with no particular use.
I wondered how feasible it would be to advertise it for sale. Would anyone be interested, or is it a case that it is easier to put up a new building then to take down an old one and re-erect.

I've seen them for sale (albeit taken down and stored in a pile somewhere) in the back of H&H before now and in the Agricultural section of the local paper.

They get sold all the time in areas of the world where they are more common. The trick is finding a good company to do the work because it can be tricky to get all the bits to line up again and some of the ones I've seen moved were never weather tight again.

What a waste of an indoor school and what sounds like a good place in general! Right now I think I would kill for a property with one!

Pees me off all these people with no equine interest who buy these equestrian properties!

Not jealous at all in the slightest..............................!!

I know these people must have money to burn! Think of all those places without an indoor school.....yet they pay a premium for one that they want to takedown?!?
