To not bother changing clothes for an inhand class and enter in my normal riding kit?

Thinking of taking both my boys showing on Saturday now [weather provido!], it was just meant to be the baby in-hand for his first show....but since I've got my little schoolmaster back, I'm going to take him too and pop him in a hunter and RoR class as he's a dude and would be rude not too!

Difficulty is....I'm going there on my own, no transport and hacking there. So, can't exactly take much with me. I have a friend there letting me borrow her box as a station point during the day to pop either one up in and borrow brushes etc. But, I don't have anyway of getting anything else there other than me, the horses and what we're wearing lol. [No rucksack/etc either]

I wouldn't normally do it....but it's only a fun local show and taking the baby just for the experience anyway....

Would you if you were in the same situation?

Thanks :) I go there every year normally as it's only in the next village along...but didn't have the baby horse last year! :)

at a local level it really doesn't matter :) took my horse in two inhand classes last weekend in riding gear and he won both so can't imagine it makes a difference :) good luck!!

The only real difference is the pants.

When we were showing my daughter had a pair of "granny pants" as she desribed them.

They were big enough to pull over her other stuff if we needed to do quick changes, you couldn't tell under her hacking jacket. Dont take up any room as you can wear them.
