This is my first post so still getting the hang of everything, especially as on my phone.
My question is to see whether anyone would want this livery, and how much they would pay for it. *please note - i am not actually yet offering this as a livery, however potentially could be in the future. I have drafted an advert so please have a read and let me know what you think.
Grass d.i.y. Livery - Hampshire (would be more specific if advertising for real)
grass d.i.y. Livery in Hampshire available, on small private property, with 3 other horses, around 10 acres in total. 24/7 turnout in well drained fields, with either stable shelter or hedges and trees providing adequate shelter. Post and rail fencing with inner electric fencing- can be configured so that your horse/s (we could take up to three) are turned out together or individually next to each other. 3 ponies also kept here so your horse will always be able to see other horses.
We have a tack/feed room with secure metal bins, space for your own storage, and strong electric portable light. One stable used as hay store in winter but could be another shelter in summer.Although permanent stable is not available, a stable can be used for short term use, such as before a show, or upon veterinary request.
Spectacular hacking straight on to the new forest - you can hack for the whole day without seeing a road! Easy to follow paths, sandy tracks, woods, open land, flat and hills, also 'redsands' natural gallop area. Wild ponies, cows and donkeys do live nearby but rarely come close.
Approx 35x45 schooling paddock, flat and fenced in, on grass. Also part of much larger field can be used for schooling - partly up/down hill so good for fitness training. Set of show jumps can be used - 2x 2ft6 polyblock jumps, 3 x 6ft sliding cup jumps, 1x wooden plank jump, wooden gate, wooden wall fillers, undercover storage for your own jumps.
We are right (5 minute walk down enclosed track with no traffic)next to an equestrian centre with two outdoor schools - allweather surfaces. One is 40x20, one is 60x40, full set of show jumps with fillers, available at around £5 hire directly from them, small cross country course, instruction available (also happy for our own fields to be used with private instructor). They hold weekly pony club rallies, and regular competitions, as well as training with instructors such as Robert pickles, which can be participated in.
We have space for trailer parking and hard standing with tie up for Farrier/vet visits. 14 year old girl with pony who is sensible hacking, would love hacking company and willing to show the best routes!
Although d.i.y. Livery we are happy to provide holiday cover with 2x daily check up, feed, grooming and potentially exercising. This could be free if you were willing to offer the same for ours.
Near to competition venues such as sparsholt, dene farm, tenantry, woodington, homelands farm etc.
Thank you for reading, please comment your thoughts and also how much you would think appropriate to pay!
