it wouldn't put me off looking and then if i felt the property was right for me i would consider it. not so long ago we were given notice on our rented house, only place we could find that was willing to take us and our 3 dogs was right in the middle of a council estate, it was either that or stay in temp council housing without my dogs 15 miles from home! we took the 'risk' and went with the ex council house, living here has totally changed my view on the estate which used to be called 'beiruit' by the rest of town as it was considered so rough
we have had no trouble at all and our neighbours are friendlier than in our old house.
